We do not accept returns due to personal reasons, so please understand this in advance.
If you wish to request a refund for defective items, please contact us via the inquiry chat within 3 days of receiving the product.
※ Please note that defective items that do not meet the following conditions will not be accepted:
- Items received more than 3 days ago
- Used items
- Cases where the order recipient and delivery address differ, except for defective items

- Your home address
- Your email address
- Product name and number
- Details of the defect (please attach a photo in case of damage)
- Order number (as shown in the order confirmation email)
- Once your inquiry has been confirmed, we will guide you through the refund process.
